Aspens is a great location on Blackcomb, a few hundred yards from the Blackcomb base. Aspens itself is very nice, great pools and hot tubs, nice units. One of favorite places to stay at Whistler. 206 is nice 1 bedroom unit, kitchen is solidly stocked and unit is well kept. Also, the unit was spotless, super clean. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Great experience overall.

Excellent value for skiers. Super convenient ski in/out access to Blackcomb Gondola. Enjoyed the hot tub every day apres ski. Only 10 minute walk to main Whistler Village.

This property was perfect for our family of four! True ski in/ski out, ski valet, and family friendly outdoor heated pool and multiple hot tubs to unwind in afternoon being on the hill all day. Quick walk to the upper village and dining options. Just a few minutes walk to Whistler Kids lessons too!!

Fantastic location, pleasant stroll to main village. Ski valet had a queue 1 or 2 days so slight delay getting on the slopes. Apartment is cosy, sometimes a bit too warm. Kitchen well equipped but freezer could be colder - meat was thawed in freezer. Noise insulation quite good. Sofa bed is ok, although pillows could be more full or firm.

Wonderful ski-in ski-out location, very clean & comfortable (even the pull-out couch where I slept). I spent a lot of time in the unit as I injured my knee the first day out which put an end to my skiing. The only negative comment I have (and it's very minor) is that the unit could use more hooks! When coming back from skiing or the hot tub, there wasn't any place to hang up wet clothing. Door hooks in the bathroom and perhaps some over-the-door hooks on bedroom doors would help quite a lot.

Annual ski trip

it just doesn’t get any better for convenience and service than staying at the Aspens through Blackcombpeaks. Truly ski in and ski out with rentals on site.

All you need is in Blackmon Peaks accommodations. We were in Aspens 206 which contains all equipment required in such apartment. Good location, friendly reception staff. The mattress of the sofa bed has earnt a well deserved retirement but other than that this place serves its purpose.

Convenient location, although I would have appreciated it if I'd been sent a map or directions showing me how to get there before my trip. The location was convenient and the room was nice. There was only one small bathroom with very limited countertop space. The ski valet was convenient although the stickers they put on the skis are very difficult to get off, which I don't like.

From the easy checkin self service to the size and location of the room the stay at Aspens was great! Would highly recommend to families and couples who want to be close to the slopes and trails but also the the village centre.

We have stayed with Blackcomb peaks on several occasions over the years usually at the same condo. This year we stayed in a different unit. This unit was well equipped with everything you need. The only down fall was that the mattress was insanely uncomfortable. It seemed like it was two twin mattresses from the 1980's placed together. So much for a restful vacation. This suite needs a new mattress.

We were up for 5678 dance competition and needed a place close to the Chateau Whistler where the competition was being held. The Aspens is located behind the Chateau Whistler and room 206 is wonderfully located near the exit door and stairs that lead to the pool, hot tub and trail that leads down to the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. I specifically choose this room because it has a courtyard view of the pool area from the balcony. This room gets the morning sun and you can see part of Blackcomb mountain and the chairlift. The room was very clean and cozy feeling.....The staff at Blackcomb Peaks go out of their way to make the vacation relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was very nice, just as described .It had everything we needed, very close to the stairs down to the pool. The only problem was I like to sit on the balcony and the furniture was not very comfortable out there. We had a great time! Thank you!

We just spent 4 nights at the Aspens in Room 206. We were very disappointed in the state of the suite. Many things were broken:<br/>- the left bedside light<br/>- one of the track lights over the kitchen table<br/>- the clock above the table<br/>- the fixture for the drying line in the bathtub<br/>- the bathtub temperature guide is backwards<br/>- there was no stopper in the bathroom sink<br/>We were only provided with two facecloths and three hand towels. For a suite that sleeps 4, this is inadequate. In addition, the suite smelled really bad. We had to have all the windows open the entire time we were there so that we could stand to breathe.<br/><br/>I emailed the person I had arranged the accommodations with and he said I should have called him (business cards were in the suite). However, while we were there we felt it was not clear who we should ask to fix those problems. There was a piece of paper attached to one of the kitchen cabinet doors where people had listed broken things but we thought our list was too long and would have filled the sheet. <br/><br/>The location is great and I understand the suites vary. We may stay at the Aspens again but not in suite 206.

Everything was great up until the night before our departure. We had booked the unit until Dec. 25th (checkout @ 11:00 am on Christmas Day). On Christmas Eve we had two housekeepers enter our condo obviously thinking it was vacated. We were definitely disturbed by this. I notified Jamie and was assured everything was okay with our booking. She said she was confused why the housekeepers had come by. The next morning at 8:00 am as we were enjoying Christmas morning with our children, we had a knock on the door and it was a man indicating he was supposed to be moving in right then. I was quite mad at this point. I told him we were not due to be moved out until 11:00 am and to please not bother us again. Then, at 10:00 am I had another housekeeper come by who needed to see what kind of bed the bedroom had so she could tell the next guy renting it if it split or not. This was very unapropriate and could have waited until we were out at 11:00. She said she had been told we were moving out the day before at 4:00pm. I have no idea where that could have come from....all my correspondence with Blackcomb Peaks indicated us checking out on the 25th. Something obviously went wrong with your staff communications.

Good time spent as a family. Apartment was clean. Didn't realize the underground parking was paid extra 15$a day ( came as a surprise because similare apartments included garage). Pool could have been warmer. WIFI was not working well, probably when all guests in complex using at same time ( as early as 3pM). It was nice to have the cleaning crew come clean half way through the week. We chose this apartment because we were told it had nice sun exposure, that is correct. The only downside is, being close to the pool means screaming children and young adults in the pool until 10PM exactly.

Loved this property! Great location, we could walk out the door and down the trail 2 minutes to the base of Blackcomb. The kitchen was completely stocked so we could prepare all our meals in the room and included a barbeque on the deck. The room was very clean and had plenty of extra towels under the sink. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs. We had a great vacation and will definately be back to this property.

Great cozy one-bedroom unit in the Aspens. Kids slept great on the pull-out in the living room, and the king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed to cook meals. Would stay here again.
