Ski in and out is great! The ski valet was awesome. The hot tubs were very helpful! Only issue is getting groceries if you don’t have a car will be very difficult as you have to either schedule a Whistle (Uber/Lyft) or use the route 4 and then the 5 bus to get back. Other than that inconvenience, it was the perfect unit. We appreciated all of the great kitchen tools!

Hi, yes we had a great time and the condo was awesome and suited our purpose perfectly. We especially loved the 2 bunk beds! Here are a few items for your consideration: The kettle doesn't automatically turn off (hazard). The dishwasher tab dispenser doesn't open properly during the wash cycle. The garburator doesn't work. There is no medium pot. The toaster heating coils are misaligned and burn the toast. None of these made our stay less enjoyable, just thought you should know. Thanks, Chris

The home was very comfortable for our family of 4. Location cannot be beaten with easy access to the ski slopes, and a short walk down to the upper village. Pool and hot tub were great - and easy to book slots at.
Amazing stay in Aspens 248!

We loved our stay! The ski-in/ski-out location was second to none; we were basically at the base of Blackcomb mountain and a short walk to Lost Lake with access to many biking/walking trails. The unit was spacious, clean, and well laid out. We used the BBQ and the very functional and well-stocked kitchen for many of our meals. There's a pool and multiple hot tubs, still operational and safe during COVID (you sign up in the lobby)! Everything including booking our stay, payment, check-in and check-out was efficient and hassle-free. We can't wait to come back =)

Accommodation was very comfortable and in a nice location to the village. It was also nice to be able to have our daughter and her family just down the hallway in another condo.

Family week at Aspens

We stayed the week over Christmas 2018 and are a family of 2 couples. THere was sufficient room for all of us, And the beds were comfy. Plenty of fluffy towels. Well set up kitchen. We were on the ground floor, so watching the squirrels playing in the snow and trees was fun. Aspens is just a short walk down the ski slope to the village so very convenient. We were a little confused initially about the door codes and common area codes, but it certainly beat having to worry about keys. Luckily there was plenty of snow so we had a fantastic week. Enjoyed Xmas dinner at Fairmont, lots of shopping in whistler village, and the family skied their hearts out. Fantastic White Christmas with all the pretty lights in the trees everywhere.

The suite is large with two bathrooms which is great. Ground floor looking into a green space. The only issue was the heat. Super hot in Whistler when we went. We were supplied fans and an air conditioner which did not quite have enough btu's to cool the entire place down. We did ok, but would not recommend going in over 30 degree heat! Otherwise, loved it and had a wonderful time at the Aspens in Whistler as always.

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit. It was well equipped, laid out and decorated. I was disappointed with the condition of the bathroom as there was a lot of mildew on the grout on the tiles. It didn't make it very inviting for a bath. Thank you for a lovely stay. Cathy & Jeff

Very Comfortable and Easy Access

The condo was perfect for the 8 of us. Everyone had a comfy bed and the access to the mountain, village, and hot tubs was prime. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great unit, loved it. Well equipped unit. Great second bedroom with the four beds. Loved having the air conditioning until. That was definitely a treat as the days were hot. Small items, fridge seems to need some attention, drips water into the veggie and fruit drawers. Would be nice to have the following: salad tongs, garlic press and another towel rack in the master bathroom. All in all a great stay.

Amazing ski in ski out location. Large, bright, quiet ground floor unit super for young family. 2nd bedrm can sleep lots of kids. Ski rental shop and valet in building a plus. Easy 10-15 min. walk to main Village. Linens and beds are adequate but definitely not luxurious. Only 1 hot tub working unfortunately. Management Company was professional and easy to deal with, questions answered right away. Price was good value for location and quality of Unit and amenities. Would recommend and rent again.<br/>

Aspens is the best ski-in/ski-out condo location at Whistler/Blackcomb that I have found. The lifts are right there and the village is only a short walk anyway. The pool and the hot tubs are great for kids. I've stayed in lots of units over the years and you really can't go wrong. #248 worked particularly well for my family of 2 adults and 4 kids, as it had bunk beds in the second room instead of having to put two kids on the fold-out-couch in the living room. Blackcomb Peaks Accomodations, which manages some of the units at Aspens, was great to work with. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is about the condo management itself - they seem to be pretty chintzy with the way they manage the hot tubs. When we were there they only had one of the three hot tubs open, presumably to save expense during early season. It was crowded enough to have two open at least. Also, they close the tubs and the pool at 10pm. I get that there could be noise issues for the inner units, but 11pm would be a more reasonable compromise. 10pm close means you really can't hot tub after coming back from dinner at the village or if you arrive on the later side after a long drive up.

I was actually blown away by the room.<br/>Enough dishes, cutlery, and bedding for everyone. <br/>Nice open space with 2 bathrooms.<br/>Property's condition was great, well maintained suite.<br/>I was happy with the convenience, and it was nice to be able to walk out and take pictures with the beautiful greenery in the background.

We stayed with Blackcomb Peaks at the Aspens on Blackcomb at Whistler for two weekends in April 2017. It was a short walk across the grass to the run and then ski-in & ski-out in April! The two bedroom with kitchenette was clean and the perfect size for our 5-membered family. The Spring Skiing on Blackcomb was super - we even had fresh snow up top on some days! We'll be coming back :)

We went as a girls weekend / mudderella trip. Accommodation was a great price. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook though we only made breakfast. Place was clean and comfortable. Though some of the girls complained the bunk beds were hard. The elevator was a bit sketchy so we opted for the stairs.

Aspens at Whistler is a terrific place to stay, its right at the hill, staff are friendly, helpful, and prompt at helping resolve issues (we had a challenge with internet which they fixed in minutes). The condo and building is lovely - we would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous condo......ground floor level, so straight over the balcony and you are on the ski field! Family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) and perfect....has bunks in the kids room, so can easily sleep 6 in total :) We will be back!

This unit is on the mountain side of the building. IF there was snow, we could literally ski in and out of the unit. Unfortunately spring came early and it was fairly warm at the base. Snow conditions were ok on top, light powder, drifting clouds. Peak to peak was gorgeous. Property managers came to the ofc around 10 am during the week. Resort Quest mans the front desk and told me that there are about 10 different property managers for different units in the Aspen. The property managers for #248 were very earnest but didn't always know the answers. Very kid friendly. The second bedrm had 2 bunkbeds for a total of 4 kids. The master bedrm had a king bed. The unit was a little worn but very functional.

Please note that the air conditioner is only available in the room with the king bed. The one with the bunk beds don't and the rest of the unit doesn't have air conditioning which wasn't too pleasant on a hot summer day.

We are past fans of the Aspens and have stayed there many times, although not in the last 2 years. We were off to a rocky start at there was noisy/smelly construction going on outside our original suite, that we hadn't been told about. And there was a problem with the dishwasher and the lock on the bathroom door.<br/><br/>That said, when we told Jamie about it she immediately came to our rescue, and gave us a choice of two different suites to move to. As usual, Jamie is wonderful to work with.<br/><br/>Our new suite - 458 - was absolutely great. Spacious, nice view, no noise from the pool once you close the windows. Our new favorite suite at the Aspens!<br/><br/>I do think that the general housekeeping seems to have gone a bit downhill since the last time we visited. One of the hottubs was broken, and I know from a friend who stayed there a month ago that it's been broken since then. And there was dust under our beds along with a baby soother that was clearly missed by housekeeping. And our deck could have used a good clean - quite dirty. So I think that it would be worth doing a review of the maintenance and housekeeping.<br/><br/>But other than that, we love the Aspens and have recommended it and Blackcomb Peaks to many friends and family over the years. We will continue to do so. (Especially because we visited friends in the Westin this trip - and they were paying $250/night for a suite half the size of ours!)

Location was excellent - just a short walk downhill to the upper village. The hot tub and pool were great for the kids and grandparents with us. Everything seemed to be in working order although the "non-stick" frying pans were severely scratched and probably shouldn't be used for health reasons. The microwave and BBQ were not cleaned before our arrival. In fact, the BBQ didn't have any tongs or implements to be used. Luckily I hadn't planned on using it for our stay. <br/><br/>The staff were friendly and competent albeit overworked. There was only one lady at the front desk on Sunday and Monday and she was swamped.<br/>

We have stayed at the Aspens and many other locations at Whistler and have always been very satisfied with the accommodations. This condo, however, needs some updating. The toilet ran even after it was reported and fixed, the refrigerator is small and "vintage", and the decor is pretty much nonexistent. The front desk attendant told our daughter to "figure it out" in a very unpleasant tone in response to an inquiry. We won't be returning to one of our previously favorite places to stay ..Aspens.

Aspens is a great location. Would definitely stay again. code lock door is awesome vs a key. ski rental right on site. short walk down the hill to the village. We parked the car on Monday and took it out on Friday. hint.. for a longer stay..rent a car at the airport and drop it off in whistler.

The carpet was dirty for us and the vacuum didn't help. When we used the vacuum, dust was spread every where and made the air quality horrible. I recommend replace the vacuum.
