The condo is located way down the hall from the elevator. As a result, it was relatively quiet.The condo was fully equipped, including a large screen television in the bedroom and in the living room. Further, the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was perfectly located for us, on the slopes and near the village, only a 10-minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tubs, ski valet and overall comfort of our unit. Will be back again!

The apartment has the perfect location for a ski trip. Quick access to the slopes, ski valet and great amenities. The apartment itself has everything you need to rest after a long day on the slopes.

Perfect room, plenty of things to use in the kitchen, bathroom was very nice and the propane bbq was a nice plus! The location was also 10/10 I look forward to more stays at this location!

Hi Everything was great and location is amazing. Just a couple things: Coffee maker will switch to off while brewing. Sometimes we needed to hit the on button 4 or 5 times and then another morning only a couple times. back left burner on range did not work. Thanks

This unit was perfect for my family! We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. It was clean, quite and comfortable. The only minor issues were one of the small stools had a broken rung so I tucked it to the side and didn’t use it. The salt and pepper shakers were broken so I bought some steak spice and left it there. I don’t think the temperature gauge works on the bbq which was fine once I figured it out. I was very happy to have the bbq and it worked great. I would definitely consider this unit for next July same time. Thanks again.

Hi there, Aspens is well located and a reasonably well maintained property. I am not sure if it was a fan or the fridge that would stop and start all through the night - which did disturb sleep sadly. Room was lovely though. in terms of checking out - the request to remove all rubbish seems silly to me. Where is it to be put? Think that should be part of the service provided. Thanks, Cate

Two elevators did not work when we arrived BUT fixed by the next morning. Employees friendly and helpful. Room was fine for why we were there (skiing). Needed only bed and shower. Kitchen is small but utile. We only used for breakfast.Truly a ski in-ski out location. Accommodated the three of us comfortably

Very nice,clean and quiet condo. Sofa bed in living room is not comfortable. It would be nice to have a small toaster oven, to heat some food, because microwave is not always suitable and it is not economical to use big oven especially when it is hot weather (like during our stay). Also I was not sure if dishes in the kitchen were suitable for use in microwave. Anyway we enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Great stay in Whistler

Visited in August. This is a nice and comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor with a private balcony facing tall pine trees. The pool and the hot tubs were so nice after a full day of hiking. Great location too, only a few minutes walk to the blackcomb chair lift.

Key codes didn't work. Bbq needed cleaning but that's ok because it wouldn't light. Weird toilet that regurgitates toilet paper (single ply!). Furnishings not as in pictures. And was not pleased by hidden resort fee that only came to light when booked

My friends and I loved our stay in Whistler. Our place at the Aspens was the perfect location. The room had a nice kitchen and TV, a great balcony for relaxing and looking out at the trees after a long day skiing, and the room was overall very clean and well kept up. The first day we arrived the pull out queen bed was in horrible shape, but the mattress was quickly replaced after the property manager was contacted and the quick service was deeply appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant stay and my friends will definitely be returning for future stays.

this was the perfect location for our family! with a 3 year old toddler -- his crib that we rented from awesome baby equip rental company (babys on the go) fit perfectly in the room. the room was clean and perfect for us.<br/> just a short walk to the magic carpet for him from the room was easy. the room was VERY secluded and quiet and i would recommend paying a little extra for this quiet room. its so nice to look out from the windows to a curtain of trees... my ONLY complaint for us stay would be nice if the heated pool was actually heated! we froze our butts off!!!

We love the Aspens and apprecated this quiet unit overlooking green belt. Convenient check in with this rental company also assistance with a couple of things. They respected our request wrt location within building. We suggested an extra reading lamp in bedroom and are sure they will add that.Ski concierge very handy. Front desk friendly and helpful. Our son enjoyed watching the game with other guests on big screen in pleasant common area. suggested an extra reading lamp in bedroom and sure they will provide that. we like to stay out of village and enjoy the walk down and back but this might not be the right choice for nonskiers with limited mobility. otherwise...great! Thanks.

The view of the spruce trees gave the room a quiet secluded feel. Woke up to the birds chirping. Little more of a walk to snow because it was melting at the base so quickly. Great to ski in the day and come back to spring / summer weather. Easy walk to the town and all the amenities. The garbage and recycling room was very messy and gross the first time but clean up the following time.

Backed on to green space which was quiet and away from the noise of backing onto the entrance or pool. Opposite end of the building from the pool but not really a big deal. Keep in mind that the management company is not in the building but was only a phone call away for any issues or questions.

the condo was great. The location was right above one of the gondolas at blackcomb, perfect for us to get some lunch then return to our snowboarding. The BBQ worked great. There was lots of kitchen equipment and even dish soap and new sponges. I only wish the property had a washer and dryer within the condo and that we didn't have to go downstairs into the garbage room to toss our trash, it's pretty gross in there.

Great place and I would definitely rent from this place again. Only thing that would be a nice addition is if there were some spices for cooking (olive oils, salt and peppers). I flew in from California so I didn't bring my usual bag of cooking stuff for when I stay at these types of rental condos and was always happy to see some at the places that I stayed at, which has been many...<br/>

Clean room good location maybe they should change the furniture in the living room it is old and the sofas are in the poor condition. The problem is parking and if you like to park in the hotel garage it is $ 15 dollars a day , I think should be free for the guests of the hotel.Overall I would stay again and recommend it to others.

The Aspens is a true, easy ski-in/ski out property. Great location! We needed to use a pull-out couch for our 2 kids and it was broken and the mattress was really bad, each spring a mountain! But the great news is that Roy had the bed fixed and mattress replaced the next day and all was fine after that! He even brought us a beautiful slab of salmon to make up for our sorrows. It was delicious! I wish the small hot-tub by the swimming pool had been working because the kids wanted to swim and the pool was too cold for me, yet you need to watch them. Bring back the parents hot tub! I do not think that patrons of the Aspens should have to pay for parking! (That seems wrong, feels cheap. But that seems to be a common Whistler affront.)n We did really appreciate the ski valet, though, which means you don't have to deal with shuffling equipment to and from the room.

We have stayed many times at the Aspens and this unit has a nice big TV an extra ottoman in the living room and a BBQ grill on the deck. The unit like all others i have stayed in is functional and clean. The only "issues" i would say about the unit specifically is there is absolutely nothing in regards to basic cooking supplies, salt, pepper, cooking oil basic spice rack. It's likely this is not a personally owned unit which would explain the lack of even basics but it's just something to know before you show up so you can get basics. We did leave behind some basic supplies as we expected this but not sure they will be there for the next renter. The Aspens however does have an issue with regards to pool towels. The first three days we couldn't get them regardless of what time of day or night we went down to get towels. Seems like they don't have enough towels for the property. So we had to use our bath towels and drying off with super chlorinated water and then trying to use those same towels after a shower is a bit odd. We did call Blackhomb Accomidations after the third day and asked them to refresh our towels which they did. Great quiet location not too far from the elevators and a nice woods view off the deck.

When we vacation we almost always stay in vacation rentals so we have a lot of points of compaison. If skiing or boarding are your primary reason for your visit to Whistler then this is a great place to stay. If the village and it's quaint atmosphere are high on your list of priorities than this might not be the best location for you. Since we don't mind to walk the 10 minute stroll to the village was fine. If you have children in a stroller or an elderly family member the small hill and two flights of steps along the path may pose a problem. There were a few minor maintenance issues with our unit (main room light broken, very temperamental tv, broken closet door) but when we called they were resolved promptly and by friendly staff. We wished we had an in unit washer and dryer but we knew that before we rented. By comparison to other vacation rentals this one had very clean units and common areas. The timeliness of snow removal on walkways was excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

This property is in a great location that backed on to a quiet shaded balcony, which is why we chose this room. Unit was clean but kitchen supplies were somewhat limited, and when I asked housekeeping for a few extra dishcloths and tea towels they declined. However dealing with the management staff, they were quick to respond to our requests for supplies and sent someone up right away. They were also very accommodating when I requested to lengthen our stay.

Quiet location with a pretty winter view. Very comfortable apartment for 2 people. Heating not required as well insulated. Management were prompt to clean oven when notified of it being dirty. Apartment was very clean on arrival, other than the oven. There is a grease stain on the couch. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Great location to the ski area.

We have just returned from a week in Aspens 328. We are a family of four with 2 teenage children. The apartment was very comfortable and in a perfect setting as it is right on the slopes so ski in and out. We rented our gear from Summit who are located in the Aspens and offer an efficient ski valet service. The hot tubs were divine and located almost on the slopes! We enjoyed the quieter location of the upper village but could be in Whistler in a 10 minute stroll. The Blackcomb Accommodation management team were outstanding with easy and fast communication. We especially liked their App which answered all of our questions.<br/>When we return to Whistler we would certainly stay at the Aspens 328 again.

My adult son and I stayed in unit 328 at the Aspens at Blackcomb. The location is perfect. Ski in / ski out at the bottom of the Blackcomb gondola. Quiet yet close to the action with a short walk to the main village. The unit is a large one bedroom with a forested view. The unit appears to have been recently renovated. It was so clean on our arrival I couldn't find a spec of dust if I tried. I would stay again in a heart beat.
