The location and facilities were great. We always enjoy staying at Aspens and being able to rent multiple units for our large family helps us to spend time together doing something we love. The kitchens are well equipped and I've always feel at home!Thanks for a memorable vacation!

That location was perfectly located next to Whistler and gave us the opportunity to get away. Sit back and view the amazing mountains as well as quickly within 10 minutes be in the middle of the ski village dining shopping and enjoying all that Whistler has to offer. The location was well kept clean and professionally staffed and everything we needed and nothing we didn't.

Perfect condo for Winter or Summer vacations.

The Aspens has an excellent location slope side just above Blackcomb base. It has every amenity needed tho the gym was small and not well equipped. Unit 460 was clean, comfortable and well set up. Four of us enjoyed our 4 day stay there and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Aspens 460 very much. The suite is comfortable, spacious, and reasonably well appointed. The location cannot be beat - just steps from the Blackcomb Gondola and the Upper Village. We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs! I have two small suggestions: first, I appreciate that Whistler is primarily a winter resort and that the condos are not designed for intense summer heat. We were glad that the units had air conditioning. But the air conditioning units are portable ones and are rather noisy. We had to turn them off at night and, since the windows were also shut for the sake of the AC, the master bedroom become very stuffy. It was a bit hard to sleep. Second, the TVs are a little dated. It would be good to update them to 'smart' models so that guests can access streaming services. The remote control for the smaller TV in the bedroom was missing. It would also be good to mount the living room TV above the fireplace to create more floor space.

We enjoyed our stay at Aspens, as always. The unit was clean the beds are comfortable. The only minus is the fact that the windows do not open large in the bedrooms. So if the room is warm, the only option is to use the air conditioner, and I find it very noisy.

Great location and clean but suite is original - needs updating. King bed very uncomfortable ended up sleeping in twin beds. Dishwasher is really loud and coffee maker needs replacing. No USB ports for charging. Just generally worn and tired.

Great complex, great location. The unit overlooks the courtyard and pool area as well as facing west, so great sunsets. Loved the BBQ on the deck! Our only suggestion is a new mattress in the master bedroom. The current one is old and uncomfortable.

Our accommodations were excellent. We loved the condo and its location. It was our first time to Whistler and we had a great time. It was awesome to be able to walk outside the condo and be a few steps away from the Village - were you could eat and rent bicycles and shop. And of course the Gondola was right there and we got on and did the Peak to Peak which was amazing.

The resort was great. Room was good beds were very comfy. The only real disappointment was that the pool wasn’t open almost out whole stay. We picked this propert mainly for the pool for our kids. Other than that we all enjoyed our stay.

Great location and good building. Pool was great. 1 hot tub did not have jets working for the whole week. A little outdated but rooms otherwise were great. Ran out of pool towels and would not give us new bathroom towels. Could do without the vallet ski service. Slow and painful at times. Rest of the stay was amazing.

The condo was really just the right thing for four people, one of which was not a couple. The kitchen was well equipped. Having the ski rental shop in the building was ...amazing!! I traded skis several times which was great! The front desk and towels for hot tub was such a great service - they were so kind and friendly all the time. We valued the ski in ski out location the most. I wished for a little shop with food basics like pasta, milk etc. The OVEN took forever to heat - this really did not seem right. I also wished for a TV with internet access so we could order movies directly from our accounts.

Unit was in good shape. Comfortable beds and bedding. Great front desk staff. Courteous ski valet. Hot tub was hot :) We have stayed here before and will stay here again.

We love the Aspens, such a great location, and the pool/hottubs are awesome! We found this layout just made it hard to keep the 2cd bedroom at at good temp, since it was so hot there while we stayed. Beds were super soft and comfy. Some of the lower kitchen cabinets are very beat up (possibly water damage?), and walls needs a bit of a paint job, but all in all good value. We appreciated a discount as well, as we had encountered cleanliness issues during our stay the year before. Thank you!

The condo had a great layout for our family. The only thing was the unit being older had a few flaws as the remote did not work in the living room for the TV, chips in the tile floor in the bathroom, and the fridge was not very cold. It is definately priced per night accordingly.

the internet was a little spotty and the tv didn't get many channels, but we were there for the snow and there was tons of it! Great walking location to the village and ski in/out convenience. The room got hot easily with the fireplace. The dry rack was a nice touch.

The suite was perfect for us. The East side of the building can get very hot in the summer so we were delighted to get a unit that had air conditioning. It was clean and comfortable - with the minor exception of the master bedroom bed. The sheets did not properly fit the bed so the fitted sheet would "pop" off in the middle of the night. and it was a little disappointing to have NO housekeeping - especially since inadequate toilet paper and dishwasher soap were provided for a two week stay! So in short - the unit was Excellent - but the management/maintenance came up a little short.

It was a nice stay. We only had the one issue where when we arrived the garbage was full from the previous tenant and there was a smell because of it. We contact the number and someone came by to pick it up.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Aspens Unit #460. The process of renting through Blackcomb Peaks was a fairly painless process. That being said, there were a few items that Unit 460 needed. 1) A new master bed. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. 2) The unit needed more dishes---specifically bowls and cookware.. 3) The unit need a channel guide for the TV.

This was our second year staying at the Aspens on Blackcomb and we had an equally fabulous time. The location is ideal with ski in/ski out facilities,ski valet, easy walk to the village and free buses to get around town eg. supermarket. There was no need to rent a vehicle. We self catered in the well appointed kitchenette and absolutely loved coming off the mountain at the end of the day straight into one of the three hot tubs to soak away the aches and pains! The property management team at Blackpeaks accomodations once again went well beyond the call of duty providing us with all the information we needed, arrange pick up and drop off from the airport, drop us at the supermarket on the way in, and generally make us feel very welcome. The unit was warm and cozy with very comfortable beds and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was great! It was very clean and renovated. The location was about 20 minutes away walking from the village but a good walk and a good FOR you walk. The management company was very professional and friendly. The only thing it was missing was air-conditioning when its hot because it gets quite stuffy, but at night time it was quite comfortable to sleep.The staff did provide us with fans for during the day. They were really awesome! Extremely comfortable and beautiful space. We'll be back again!

A very comfy, two bedroom suite with amazing ski in ski out location and easy walk to Blackcomb base and Village. Very nice pool and hottubs (although ran out of pool towels) as well as handy ski storage. Bedding is clean and comfortable, but wish they had better selection of pillows. Only the huge puffy ones. This unit faced pool courtyard so a lot of action and noise (and view of ski run and mtns), but quiet from 10:00pm on. Management is easy to deal with and their rental app is amazing. Aspens is great location and value (for Whistler!).

We were SO SO disappointed that there wasn't AC...only 2 fans. We had a lovely warm BC summer...but as soon as the sun hit our place in mid afternoon...the place was an oven....was even too hot to bbq or cook dinner one night. Pool was great. Would stay at Aspens again, just not that unit.

The condos we rented were in fantastic shape with all necessary amenities and Roy and Jamie were always available and responsive when we needed them or had a question. I'd rent from Blackcomb Peaks again in a heartbeat and will reach out to do so next time we plan a ski trip to Whistler.
