Nice place. Very well equipped, especially the kitchen and very clean. But please do some basic maintenance: Bathtub stopper needs to be replaced because it does not work. Outlet cover is missing from outlet behind the right-hand nightstand in the bedroom. A light bulb flickers in the bathroom across from kitchen. Kitchen faucet is loose* Both toilet seats fall down when they are wanted to be up* Gas grill knobs are unclear, and we have a Weber grill ourselves so it should have been easy. Little wooden chair is dangerous with sharp corners and loose leg.*Cleaning people should have noticed this while cleaning and should have reported this problem.Also while the condo is nicely decorated it could use a little less stuff. Like the tree and hamper in the bedroom were just in the way. Less things/decorations on the counters and on top of refrigerator make it easier for guests to use kitchen.

Great location in the upper village; snap your skis on and get on the lift. BTW, no morning lift line, whereas the lower village and Creekside waits are like 30 minutes. 10 - 15 min walk to lower village. 464 faces the sun in the afternoon, while the other exposures get none. So warm and great for an after ski beverage. Location by the elevator also a plus. Mattress and bedding superb. Bath towels are really small. The cheepie Faberware knife set is pathetic. Simple upgrade to a set of Henkels isn't that much. Not sure on the price value comparison as this was booked not too far out and only 2 units in the complex available. But it did seem a bit pricey and possibly why it was not booked yet. All said, 464 would be in good contention next trip!

Lovely home to hang out in for a few nights :-) Took advantage of the hot tub, BBQ and allllmost managed to get a fondue on. Slept like a rock most nights with no sound or light to bother us. Thanks very much!

The upper village was a nice location. Being able to ski right down to the lift was an excellent experience. The staff in the building were all very helpful. Having a ski shop at the Aspens was also very convenient. The room was very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly.

We had a great time. The beds were comfortable, plenty of room for 3 of us. The accommodations were quite nice and the people are really great to assist if needed. (for extra necessities, like soap and washroom supplies.) planning a return trip already.

We had a really good time at the Aspens. There was minimal noise in the hallways from the other guests and pool area. The unit was well maintained and clean. Couldn't have been happier.

The location was great and the room had all the promised amenities. Unfortunately, the AC was only in the Master Room meaning we had to sleep with the door open so as the AC would circulate to the other rooms in the condo.

The unit is great, spacious, and clean. Had a couple of issues with light bulbs etc and they were fixed same day. Good response. I did notice that some of the walls needed cleaning, but have realized that people don't treat these units as their own. Or maybe they do!! We had a great stay with the dance competition at the Fairmount it was just a short walk away. Quiet, good amenities, ie pool and hot tubs, common room. Our group had potluck red and white dinner there in honor of 150! Would definitely return another time

Check In and Check Out could not have been easier at the Aspens. Having the Ski Rental shop in the Aspens is a huge benefit. Lift tickets awaiting us in the room was a great timesaver too. Of course, being able to ski out to Blackcomb from the Aspens is the greatest benefit.

All in all very good. Problems of note however. Hot tubs don"t appear to be maintained all that well. Hot tubs had a bad odour and were shut down for a while during our stay. Maintenance staff were also looking at the pool for similar concerns. Unit was very clean overall but had a number of small maintenance issues. Ensuite bathtub drain clogged with hair and barely drained at all. Light fixture going on and off with bad track connections. Kitchen sink faucet very loose. Front door lock strike so loose we had to tighten ourselves just to close the door properly. All windows have the wrong screens in them preventing you from opening or closing the windows. And worse of all was the condition of the BBQ. It was so full of grease and muck half the burners would not light. It was very disgusting.

We had a great time. The condo was so close to the mountain which worked great to come back to for meals. The heated pool and hot tubs were used everyday. There was plenty of parking for the vehicle and liked the ability to rent skis right in the lobby. Having the ski valet right outside the building was a great bonus too.

Our vacation experience at Blackcomb Peaks was wonderful. The accommodations was perfect. Clean, comfortable and a great walk to the village. The outside deck was so nice. Perfect place for a girls weekend!!

We stayed in Aspens #464 13th Feb - 21st Feb 2015. The unit was very clean, spacious and well appointed. The Aspens is right at Blackcomb base and an easy 5-10 minute walk to Whistler. The pool and tubs were were clean and became very social in the evenings. Blackcomb Peaks staff very extremely helpful, especially Roy. I would highly recommend the Aspens and Blackcomb Peaks and we will definitely be back.

This condo is a prime location for a real ski in/ski out experience. The facility is beautiful, the hot tub and pool area was incredible. The front counter staff were very accommodating even though the condo was not booked through their management company. Everything about our stay was exactly as advertised, and I will definitely be back. Blackcomb Peaks management was very friendly and professional, and went above and beyond to help me out when I required a last minute booking change. Jamie is a real pro, and I would like to give her a high five sometime.

We have stayed in properties managed by Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations before and have always been satisfied with the service and the accommodations. The aspens is one of best condo style locations as you have walking access to most amenities. We will book this location again. We check other accommodation options from time to time ( specials offered by the ski area) but always come back to Blackcomb Peaks as we are happy with the location and the service that we have received in the past for the value compared to anything else we have found or experienced here and at other ski areas and we do go to other ski areas.

Location is good, amenities good, condo size is good, although the bed sheets weren't very clean, the furniture and appliances are a bit old, the shower curtain stinks! I've stayed at better units at the aspens.
