Wonderful Stay at Greystone Lodge!
Reviewed on 2024-04-15 by ArminMy fiancé and I just stayed at Greystone Lodge for 6 days and had a wonderful time. We were there to ski so the location to the lifts was a top priority and this one did not disappoint. The spring conditions required us to walk a little bit to and from the adjacent trail, but was minimal and expected for snow coverage at this time of year. The condo was very clean and accommodating, as were the hot tubs and outdoor pool. Super comfortable beds and very good kitchenware for cooking. Ski lockers were great for us and underground parking was plentiful. We will definitely look to stay here again, thank you to the Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations for making our visit very enjoyable!

Great value, so convenient!

Short walk, even in the snow, to Blackcomb Village, and everything you'd want was in the unit. No gym, but who needs it when you have the great outdoors? We even spotted a bear outside our window....free convenient parking too. P.S. Oven wasn't working, but stovetop was. We didn't need oven but needs to be fixed. Would def stay there again.

Great location on the mountain
Reviewed on 2021-11-30 by RondaThe suite was very clean and well stocked with dishes. The management company was great! We arrived early to ski and they were able to accommodate us to check-in early, which was greatly appreciated! The coffee pot didn't work but they were quick to replace it with a brand new one still in the box! The only minor complaint would be that the toilet wasn't the greatest. It kept running and didn't always flush properly. I would definitely recommend this home.

My only negative comment would be that it needs a bit more maintenance- there are some bar chairs that are worn down and all the knives that are supposed to be sharp were dull. Otherwise we loved it and will stay there again.

Great location and suite
Reviewed on 2020-07-20 by GregThe suite was great. The beds were comfortable, even the pull-out couch wasn't bad like in most places we've rented. Best of all, the proximity to the village is awesome and to Lost Lake too. It's an excellent family vacation spot! However, the floors in the living room could have been cleaner, but the bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen were very clean. We would definitely come again.

Great ski in ski out

It's perfect for skiing; lockers for ski gear, space to store ski clothing in apartment, hot tub and pool for the end of the day, close to gondola, free internet, good TV, nice and warm, great shower. Staff are all friendly. Thank you Greystone.

Could do with some more mirrors, as there was only one in the bathroom. But apart from that it was perfect for what we needed! We had a great stay, and the self check in was quick and easy. Would highly recommend!

Great apartment in great location

Free underground parking and short walk to the upper village. Nice touches with the BBQ and pool towels. Hot tub and swimming pool a bonus. I would definitely book there again if in the area.

Great location and value

We have stayed here in the past as well and probably will again in the future. I would recommend updating the kitchen supplies as we were constantly running out of utensils, couldn’t find any Tupperware and some of the older pots and pans left Teflon on our food. Those are all an easy fix though..

Nice Place
Reviewed on 2018-08-22 by MaryVery nice place. Well stocked. Comfortable bed. The only issue is with the pool area which is right outside the unit. They don't enforce 10 PM quiet time. The lights were off put people still making noise until 10:45 PM. Other than that would definitely stay here again.

Good value for the price!
Reviewed on 2018-08-12 by MartinThe idea to have another small bed in the bedroom is fantastic for a family. Building is quiet, 2 min walk from the trails of Blackcomb. Well equiped, clean and spacious for up to 4 even 5 people. 2 things we didn’t like: the A/C is a PORTABLE A/C so it wasn’t enough efficient to drop the temperature and very noisy! The other negative element is that the code to access the building changed and we got locked out.

The room was excellent and very clean. It was exactly as advertised. Checking in/out, the pool, parking, and bike storage were all great. Other visitors did not obey the 10pm pool closure time, which kept our young son awake. The signs are very clear, so I'm not really sure what could have been done to make them more respectful! That is certainly not on Greystone! On the information we received with our booking, it states that the pool opens at 8, when it actually opens at 10. There is a portable air conditioner in the room, but no instructions on how to use it. We will definitely return!

We understand that not all guests will honor the rule of the 10 pm pool time.As Greystone does not have a front desk attendant available after hours it depends on the guests to manage their noise and we apologize for this, it is not often we have noise complaints at the Greystone.

Great stay for a great price
Reviewed on 2018-03-19 by KristenThis unit was clean and the perfect size for our family of five. My kids loved the hot tub and pool. You can ski in and out, but it does require a little cross country skiing as it’s set back from the mountain a little. The only issues we had were no large trash can and limited plates which were both remedied within hours of calling Blackcomb Peaks. For the price we paid we can’t imagine a better unit. We loved our stay on Blackomb Mountain and will hopefully be back. We liked how Blackomb is more laid back and less crowded than Whistler (no lines for dinner, etc.).

For years we usually stayed at Pam Pacific Mountain Side in Whistler since it is one of the best ski in/ski out accommodations. We stayed 4 nights in early March of 2018 at Greystone in unit 217 and found a new favorite! It is a quiet building with easy access to the ski out run in the morning and ski in to get back at the end of the day. Unit is clean and comfortable. We defiantly would be looking to stay there in a future. Did not have to pay extra for parking, which is a bonus in Whistler.

The building has all the amenities you need, from underground parking to a lovely heated pool and two hot tubs. A short walk to the base of Blackcomb, ski-in/ski-out convenience, and a quieter area finish off an overall nicely rounded package. Nice!

Reviewed on 2017-09-10 by TrickWe enjoyed the location of Greystone, near the Lost Lake Trail and an easy walk to the Village Centre. The condo is nicely updated and beds/pillows were comfortable. Had the pool and hot tub to ourselves during the day. It was hot and smoky while we were there, so we kept the windows closed and the portable air conditioner (located in the bedroom) runing during the day but it was still uncomfortable in the living room and kitchen - an electric fan would have been very helpful. A couple housekeeping issues - The air conditioner water container had not been emptied between guests and was full when we arrived. The duvet was bunched up inside the bottom of the duvet cover so we had to shake it out before using it.

Reviewed on 2017-08-21 by KeithHad a great stay in the Greystone unit 217. Unit was exactly as pictured. Bright and sunny and a short walk to upper village. Great big rainfall shower, enjoyed they had ice in the freezer and Saran Wrap in the cupboard. Slight downfall is that it was warm in the unit even with the window air conditioner. Enjoyed the hot tub at night after hiking. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Great kitchen and a very spacious bathroom. Easy walk to the village and a nice quiet pool. We will be back for sure.
