A very nice place. Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations is one of the very best management companies in Whistler. They are very responsive to concerns and friendly. The whole process from booking to departure was as easy as possible. Thank you for helping make our first visit to Whistler in the summer a very enjoyable experience.

Sunpath 44 is condo is spotless and in an ideal, super convenient location; we were able to walk or bike everywhere we wanted to be. The pool/hot tub area was great and we really liked the rain shower in the bathroom. We will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our time in Whistler recently and our stay worked out well. Everything in #44 was as expected. I was worried about the noise at night with the pool right outside the door especially during crankworx a busy time In whistler. The pool was very loud with music and folks having a party in the pool at night but it completely shut down just before 10 each night which, the designated quiet time, something we were very pleasantly surprised about!

This suite was beyond our expectations and we would feel very lucky if we were to stay in unit 44 Sunpath again. All the comforts of home and more. A very quiet location and close to everything...it definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

We always love our stay at Sunpath! It's the perfect location for our family and we look forward to our time there each Summer. Our unit was updated, clean, & the fully stocked kitchen & bbq were appreciated. If we could make one suggestion, it would be to add an additional fan so that both sleeping areas could have some cooler breezes at night. Thanks for the hospitality.

We stayed in this unit for 3 nights. The location is excellent; short walk to the village but away from the noise. We really enjoyed being on the ground level especially with the nice outdoor patio vs a small balcony. Facing the pool directly was also a bonus when the kids wanted to go swim. The unit was clean and the perfect size for our stay (we did bring a blow up mattress for the 2nd kid as sofa bed can be uncomfortable for two people). The property was very nice with all the flowers & plants around. Very quaint.The check in procedure is the best as you don't have to go anywhere to grab keys or physically check in. You are given an access code (to the door) three days prior to your arrival and simply have to show up at the unit. Easy peasy and so much more convenient. The only one negative part would be the size of the pool; it's super small and got quite crowded at times. We did stay at other properties in the past with a much bigger pool and when you have kids, the pool is important and does make a difference.
Great Location, Parking a concern

Our family really enjoyed the stay at Sunpath. The location and pool were highlights. The only snag was that there was no parking for our vehicle as it had a roof box and exceeded the 6’8” limit for the underground parking. I understand this is pretty common height for underground parking and we were lucky we had friends that were able to accommodate our vehicle at their rental. We will have to take this into account for our next booking.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunpath 44! This condo is located right across the street from tons of restaurants and stores in the Village. The underground parking was a huge bonus as we barely moved our car for the bulk of our stay. The condo itself is super clean and has everything you need. Our daughter loved the proximity to the pool. We’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo

The condo was very cute nestled away from road with lovely gardens and trees you would never know it was there so close to everything. The king size bed was very comfortable and it was cozy overall. Enjoyed sitting on the ground floor patio as well. The only downside was the small size of the pool as it was difficult to have a conversation with without getting splashed by kids jumping in the pool. Christine at Blackcomb Peaks was so considerate for calling my cell phone as we had accidentally parked in the wrong section the first night and was about to be towed,however I didn't get the call in time and was towed regardless with a hefty charge of $141.

The unit was adorable. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with 2 small children. The property itself was great. So quiet, you would never know how close you were from the village! My 3 y.o son was in love with the pool! Our only complaint was the constant construction happening in the unit beside ours. We will most definitely stay at sunpath 44 again !

The unit is well maintained and very close to the village as well as the shopping centre...couldn't ask for a better location. The unit is clean, comfortable and was very quiet...could have used at least one more sports cable station.

We generally enjoyed the facility. However, the faucet in the tub appeared to be broken, and it would run out of hot water after only one person bathed, a serious issue.

Hi location was excellent, however the internal furnishings of the condo are tired, the sofa/settee in particular is not clean and is grubby with no evidence that the sofa bedding was clean. The TV channels are extremely limited and indeed little better than nothing at all and some premium channels should be available

It was such a beautiful condo, had everything you would ever need to feel right at home. Loved the fire place and the hot tub was right outside. Only downside was I was with someone who was not mobile and this unit was not the easiest to get to from parking lot. If you are with someone who has a hard time walking or in a wheel chair - not the right unit (or complex) for you. No ramps or elevators. Other than that - it was fabulous. Would stay again with husband or friends, just not again with my aging mother. Thanks all!!

I recently stayed at Sunpath for a few months and was extremely pleased with the rental unit. Everything worked fine and in a few instances where I had to call Jamie at Blackcomb Peaks, I was helped immediately. Location is great, away from the hustle and bustle of what I'd call the 'inner village'. Instead, you are close to the marketplace which has a grocery store, lots of low key restaurants and services. That being said, you're within walking distance of any location in the village!<br/><br/>Despite the fact that the shared hot tub was outside my door, I rarely heard noise past 9pm so sleeping was never an issue. Overall, great experience!

Very comfortable one bedroom unit. We appreciated the fold out double sofa and the fold out single chair so each of our 2 teenage kids could have their own bed. Kitchen was well stocked. Toaster was broken but called Management company and they brought a new one right away. Beds were very comfortable and unit was clean. Channel options on TVs were limited but great access to internet so we just watched Netflix on our tablets. Pool and hot tub are right in front of this suite; which was convenient for us. Loved the outdoor BBQ so we could make quick meals. Loved location of complex as right across the street from the edge of the main village area, so quiet and peaceful surroundings, yet very close to IGA grocery store, bakery, etc. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We Thank the office for letting us have early access to the Apartment.<br/>We found had a couple of issues with the property.<br/>The Mirror Doors in the Bedroom were unstable in the tracks and I was trapped under one as I opened it. Also with all the snow whistler had we found the apartment dark as the snow was up to the top of the windows. We also had a constant drip in the toilet tank that was annoying.<br/>The location was great and we enjoy a lovely wedding with our family.

Location is terrific. Space is good for just two people. Sleeps 5, don't get that at all as there is one standard bed. Two big problems. The place was dirty. Crumbs in kitchen. Dried liquids on fridge shelves. Hair in the bathroom. The worst and it was VERY bad is the dried (looks like vomit) on the bed spread. Not kidding. We have a picture. Then there's the noise. This unit is the closest to the spa and pool area. Although it says it closes for use at 10 p.m. young guys hung out in the spa till 2 in the morning. Impossible to sleep with the window open to get fresh mountain air. And even with the window closed we could still hear them--well. Decor is dated but given the lack of cleaning and noise that was the least of our complaints. So much is forgivable, but the dried **** on the bedspread was simply too much to take. 1 star.

The property was very close to the pool, which could get quite noisy. The patio however is off to the side and was very private. We loved the property with one small exception. We had our small dog with us and the unit had ant traps set out. A warning should be made to pet owners as this is a hazzard for them (our dog found 2 of them and was carrying them around in his mouth. We went on a search and picked them all up). We would certainly stay in this unit again.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at a Sunpath condo and we love the location, off the main walk so you don't get the noise, especially at night, but close enough to be able to walk to the lifts in less than 10 minutes. Nice clean condo, nice television in living room.

Our stay was very comfortable and convenient except for minor issues such as the fireplace not being functional at all. It made the apartment a bit cold but the property management team arranged a heater. <br/>The other issue was that the sink was very dirty. It should have been cleaned up before any guests arrived. The greatest advantage was the location. Also, most things were available in the apartment. The look and decor was also good.

My brother actually ended up booking a place 10 feet from my rental for MLK weekend as well, which was really nice to know that I had a group of friends so close to where I was staying. The property was spacious and clean, it even had a washer/dryer! The property definitely made my weekend much more enjoyable that it would have been if I had had to stay in a nearby hotel.

The first thing we noticed was a pungent odor that lingered throughout our stay. No matter how much we sprayed febreeze, the odor would not go away. Secondly, the drain in the shower/bath was very clogged and left a tub full of water while showering. Also, we could hear the neighbors often at night. Lastly, there was no sponge to wash the dishes.

What can I say, other than it was everything we'd wanted and more! Other than not being a ski in/ski out, (which didn't matter to us consider our kids are young) this place was Awesome! A Very short walk to everything with quality features and ammenities. Jamie, the ppty manager was absolutely excellent and there were no surprises. Personally, I though the location was perfect for a family and we loved being able to have our dog with us. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend this unit to anyonne looking for accomodations for 5 or less, in a heart beat! Thanks guys!

I normally never fill these out, but must say the location was prime and space was great. Finding the place was actually the hardest part, as it's kind of hidden, with exception of the parkade. As is most things in Whistler, it just blends in well

We had a very good time in the condo and it was very clean and enjoyable. I will say that it did seem a little cramped with 5 people in there but we were outside a lot so it wasn't to bothersome. We would probably stay there again.

We booked a summer getaway in Whistler through Blackcomb Peaks and were really happy with everything. The rental process was easy, staff were quick to respond to any inquiries we had & the great service continued throughtout our trip. The condo was very clean & comfortable (only small complaint was that the king bed is 2 smaller ones together & was a bit hard), great proximity to the village & athough we were a little worried about being next to the pool most nights it's quiet as it closes at 10, so no big deal. All in all, Rebekah & Jamie at Blackcomb Peaks were really helpful & we wouldn't hesitate to rent with them or at Sunpath again. We'll definitely be back.

This is a very comfortable one bedroom townhouse with pool and hot-tub right outside the door. Great location close to Whistler maarketplace and town square. This summer will be our third stay! Also pet friendly which is wonderful!

It has all - location, layout, taste. The unit is right in front of the pool. Really like it. Hope can come again in the summer!
